MASTER PROGRAM WITH ERIC CARLOVICH 2027

Thank you for your interest in the third Master Program in Poland conducted by the world famous teacher Eric Carlovich!

This program is a Master training consisting of four intensive seminars, exclusively designed only for Classical Pilates teachers who have already completed Comprehensive Programs and want to have deeper understanding of the work.

During the course, you will learn how to build strong and functional bodies, as well as master the art of preparing and effectively guiding your clients. This program is a unique opportunity to grow as a Pilates teacher, taking your skills to the highest level.

Participation requires an assessment, including an interview and a lesson.

After doing the acceptance practice assessment with Eric a deposit of €600 is due to cancel your spot in the program and once the agreement papers are signed for the participant another payment of €600 will finally cover the price for the first seminar.

Every seminar will be paid a month in advanced the meeting arrives. Once you sign the agreement papers you accept paying the whole program (five thousand Euros) and in case you decide not continue with the program fees are not refundable and the payment will be the complete amount.

Program Schedule

April 01–04, 2027 Seminar 1 – Fundation
May 27–30, 2027 Seminar 2 – Fundation

The main focus in the 2 first seminars is getting the participants stronger, more flexible with a better fitness and wellness level throughthe Contrology exercises. Also understanding how to teach these exercises in an efficient way for different types of bodies and objective, improving the capacity of exploring the method as a teacher.

In the first seminar we will study Pre pilates exercises, a specific work which is in the only one we put attention in a “isolated” part of the body to help the practitioner overcome specific weaknesses in order to balance the body and get more benefit out of the actual exercises. We will also explore every original Pilates accessories with the same objective.

So as the name of this seminar says, the study will be center in going deeper in the understanding of the foundation what means, not only pre pilates but the basic exercises too.
They are called like this because they are the safest and most efficient way to establish a solid base on the body so it can be challenged and exposed to more complex exercises within the method in the future.

Although studying the repertoire and understand the why’s is important we really believe that the best way to learn is through the movement, so in every Seminar everyone will practice to understand not only with the mind but specially the own body.
Let´s dive together in the world of the hands on learning how provide any information to the body we have in front of us without interrupts the student practice.

Teaching by having a sharp way of thinking when we are in front of a student is what we are developing. Learning to read bodies we have in front of us understanding that basic is not the same for everyone.

The second seminar will have the same way of working but it will be base in the intermediate exercises.

Observation of teaching is a very important part of the path, so in every seminar you will have the possibility of observing Eric teaching the master participants and we have the study case, as well, that consist in observe Eric’s way of teaching regular students too.

July 14-18, 2027 Seminar 3rd – The System

System will be the way we read the method not only like a list of exercises but like a whole net of different equipment which provide many tools for us to let the body discover what we think this person needs.
In this third part of the program lets work in how to choose the right exercises for different bodies and objectives we have as teachers. So, critical thinking is one of the pearls of this seminar but if we want to be able to improve this, we need to work the why of some specific variations and combination of exercises that make sense for the body is in front of us.

As we are walking towards the advance seminar another pearl from the 3rd meeting is understanding how to build a strong and flexible body for the advance exercises.
Of course teaching skills and workout are always a very important and constant part of our meetings.

October 26-31, 2027 Seminar 4rd – Advanced: Athletics

Having walked through the others seminars will make us ready for the 4th and last one where we will study the advanced exercises in all equipments.
In this meeting we will work in understanding how choose the best way of doing/teaching the exercises for each person and how adapt without missing the exercise itself for a specific necessity.

Training and teaching skills as always will be present during the meeting as the observation part too.

Seminar hours:

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd 24 hours each
The 4th 30 hours

What is included?

What is NOT included?

• Monthly group meeting from March to the end of the program, except seminars months. 300 € for 2 hours tuition. This amount is to split among the group.
• Extra Private or group lessons with Eric. Although additional lessons are not required we truly recommend add some extra to deeper the understanding of the method.100€ private/160 € group
• Extra exam in case you are not approved at the first time. 160€
